Peter B. Hirshfield

Peter serves as general outside counsel to both publicly-held and privately-owned companies in the medical device, outdoor display and financial services sectors. His practice focuses on leasing and finance, hedge funds, venture capital investing, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. He also has extensive experience in securities law and corporate finance.

Over the last 45 years, Mr. Hirshfield has practiced law at some of the most prestigious firms in New York City, including Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP and partnerships at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP, Warshaw Burstein Cohen Schlesinger & Kuh, LLP and Moses & Singer, LLP.
