Delisting from the
Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange

We assist OTC Bulletin Board and Pink Sheet companies in delisting their shares from trading on the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange. Listing of shares on that German Exchange has been associated with naked shorting of shares in the United States and has come to be known as "Stockgate". Our services in this area are rendered pursuant to a written retainer agreement, which provides for a fully contingent fee in a fixed amount payable only upon successful delisting. To accomplish delisting, we negotiate with the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange and the listing broker that is also the market maker. We have a perfect record of success in this area, including many examples where the client tried unsuccessfully on its own or with other counsel to achieve delisting, which makes our risk free representation possible.
