Founder

Peter B. Hirshfield

Peter serves as general outside counsel to both publicly-held and privately-owned companies in the medical device, outdoor display and financial services sectors. His practice focuses on leasing and finance, hedge funds, venture capital investing, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. He also has extensive experience in securities law and corporate finance (including public and private offerings and PIPES).

Over the last 35 years, Mr. Hirshfield has practiced law at some of the most prestigious firms in New York City, including Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP and partnerships at Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Nicholson Graham LLP, Warshaw Burstein Cohen Schlesinger & Kuh, LLP and Moses & Singer, LLP. He brings a great wealth of experience to all client engagements and a flexibility regarding client intake and billing that larger firms do not have. His enthusiasm about client projects and dedication to client concerns is the hallmark of his legal style.
